We are seeking a skilled and results-driven UX Designer with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our product team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms, leveraging research-driven insights and best-in-class design principles. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated individual to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and propose actionable solutions.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups in alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to design system protocols, accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and responsive design best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Document key artifacts including design specifications, interaction guidelines, personas, and journey maps.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
  • Present design concepts and usability findings to internal teams and executive leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital UX design (web and mobile), demonstrated through a strong professional portfolio.
  • Proven expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of usability, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in planning and conducting advanced user research, workshops, or data-driven projects.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), analytics, or UX measurement tools.
  • Prior involvement in enterprise-level, complex, or regulated domains.
  • Experience in healthcare technology products or health-related digital interfaces is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and user-centered design for medical or patient-facing platforms.
