Job Description of the position are as follow:

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any graduate.
  • Any Master’s degree.
  • 0.3- 5 Yr. of experience into IT recruitment C2H/Contract to Hire/IT Contract Staffing experience will be preferred

Job responsibilities:

  • The position is responsible for client interfaces within the assigned Account within IT recruitment and Staffing practice.
  • Thoroughly understand and work on the C2H/Contract to Hire requirements of the client and guiding the team to work.
  • Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting profiles as per client requirements
  • Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements for the assigned client.
  • Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status updates on a regular basis.
  • Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.

  • Excellent Communication Skills and Learning Attitude.

  • Ready to Handle Client and Team
  • Must have experience in the IT Consulting / Staffing and Recruitment Industry.
