Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

Iron Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for selling technology staffing and business services to US and international customers. You will have hands-on recruitment experience and end-to-end IT recruitment in the US IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our staffing services to target businesses.
  • Provide ongoing rapport and excellent customer service to existing clients.
  • Sourcing candidates from job portals, making job postings, and responsible for contract, permanent, and C2H positions.
  • Build sales through cold calling and prospecting potential customers to identify decision makers and begin the sales process.
  • Maintain and grow a database of customers and prospects.
  • Support marketing efforts with sales presentations, demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  • Capture a decision maker's interest and overcome objections to succeed in this role.
  • Flexible working hours, open to working in early morning, evening, or night shifts to cover various time zones in the US and other countries.

Qualification Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication in Business English: oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking, documentation, database management, and negotiation skills.
  • Plan and implement effective recruiting strategies to recruit and be involved in all resourcing activities.
  • Sound understanding of technical aspects of job requirements and good understanding of job functions.
  • Identify and source suitable talent, coordinate with managers and clients for scheduling interviews, and obtain feedback from interviewers.
  • Cold call candidates, shortlist candidates, and establish preliminary contact, engage with candidates from offer made stage to final closure.

Work History:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing EUC L1/L2 Desktop Support Talent Categories in the USCA region.
  • Proven record of sales excellence, consistent achievement of assigned objectives and quotas.
  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Dynamics CRM.

Education:

  • High School Diploma from an English Medium school.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
