Iron Systems seeks a talented IT Senior Recruiter to lead sales efforts for technology staffing and business services to US and international customers. The successful candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience and a deep understanding of US IT industry trends. A strong team leader, they will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of senior recruiters. Key responsibilities include developing and growing a client base, providing exceptional customer service, sourcing candidates from job portals, and working on contract, permanent, and C2H positions. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, able to capture decision-makers' interest and overcome objections. They will also be flexible, able to work in early morning, evening, or night shifts to cover various time zones.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication in Business English: oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking, documentation, database management, and negotiation skills.
  • Plan and implement effective recruiting strategies to recruit and be involved in all Resourcing activities like sourcing, screening, shortlisting, personal evaluation, and effective communication.
  • Sound understanding of technical aspects of job requirements. Good understanding of job functions and good conceptual understanding of latest market strategies.
  • Identify and the best mix of resources to source suitable talent, Co-ordination with Manager and Clients for scheduling interviews and obtain the feedback from the interviewers and analyse the gaps of the feedback.
  • Cold calling candidates for positions, shortlisting of candidates and establishing preliminary contact, constant engagement with candidates from offer made stage till the candidates join the Organization and bring the case to a final closure.

  • Must be well-organized and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player.


Work History:


  • 3+ years of experience in Managing EUC L1/L2 Desktop Support Talent Categories in USCA region.
  • Proven record of sales excellence, with consistent achievement of assigned objectives and quotas
  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Dynamics CRM.


Education:


  • High School Diploma from English Medium
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree from accredited University
