Role Overview:

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll drive sales initiatives in the AEC industry, focusing on generating leads for our SaaS product line and consulting business. You’ll work from an existing sales list of potential clients and expand it further by identifying and engaging additional prospects. Alongside prospecting, you will build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term collaboration and retention.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and Founder, shaping the future of a rapidly growing startup.


Responsibilities:

•Leverage Existing Resources: Utilize our existing sales list of potential clients while proactively identifying and adding new prospects.

•Prospecting & Outreach: Engage potential clients in the US and UK markets through , cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.

•Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

•Campaign Management: Run outbound campaigns to generate high-quality leads and secure qualified meetings.

•Sales Execution: Conduct product demos, manage the full sales cycle, and convert leads into paying customers.

•CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date customer interactions in our CRM and deliver weekly progress updates.

•Pipeline Quality: Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring CRM hygiene.

•Goal Tracking: Achieve monthly qualified meetings and bookings targets.

•Compensation & Incentives: Earn a competitive base salary plus a performance-driven commission structure, with additional incentives for exceeding booking targets.


Requirements:

•Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record in lead generation, customer retention, and relationship management.

•Market Knowledge: Experience in the US and/or UK markets is highly preferred.

•Sales Skills: Hands-on experience conducting product demos, managing the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing), and working in a metrics-driven environment.

•Relationship Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and build rapport with clients at all levels.

•Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and SaaS sales metrics.

•Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.

•Independence & Organization: A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and is highly organized.

•Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
