Position – Partner Relationship Manager

Experience – 4-8 years

Education – B.Tech / Post Graduation

Location – Mumbai, Lucknow, Gurugram, Patna, Ghaziabad, Noida, Hardoi, Dwarka,

Janakpuri, Shahdara, Central Delhi


Roles and responsibilities:


1. Maintain strong partner relationships and coordinate with internal teams to meet their needs effectively.

2. Ensure timely payment collection and manage communications with authorities regarding non-compliant partners.

3. Optimize battery sales at high-traffic stations while adjusting strategies for low-demand stations.

4. Conduct comprehensive partner training on safety, operations, new products, and compliance to support mutual growth strategies.

5. Facilitate clear communication with partners, providing regular updates on company initiatives and services.

6. Ensure partner operations and contracts comply with company policies, addressing any conflicts that arise.

7. Develop and maintain KPIs to measure Partner Performance and present regular reports.
