Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Individual for a Managerial position in our sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a history of achieving sales success, adept people management skills, perseverance, and a strong work ethic.


Key Responsibilities:

Gaining a deep understanding of the product: This involves thoroughly comprehending the product's features, benefits, and value proposition. It includes understanding its functionality, use cases, and how it solves customer problems.

Analyzing the market and competitors: This involves conducting market research to understand the industry landscape, including market size, trends, and dynamics. It also involves analyzing competitors to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Identifying the target audience and their needs: Defining the ideal customer profile and understanding their pain points, desires, and preferences.

Crafting sales strategies and pitches: Developing a comprehensive plan to promote and sell the product or service. It includes creating persuasive sales pitches, defining pricing strategies, and determining distribution channels.

Establishing goals for individuals and teams: Setting clear and measurable goals for guiding the efforts of individuals and teams. Aligning the goals with the business's overall objectives and providing a roadmap for success.

Segmenting monthly goals into weekly objectives: Breaking down larger goals into smaller, manageable objectives to maintain focus and momentum.

Monitoring the team's daily performance: Regularly tracking and evaluating the performance of individuals and teams to identify areas of improvement and ensure accountability. Analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing feedback and support as necessary.

Sharing daily updates or reports: Providing daily updates for transparency and ensuring stakeholders are aware of the progress, challenges, and any changes in direction.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling

● Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

● Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
