  • As a Team Lead Sales & BD you will be a part of next big travel revolution at
  • You will be responsible for building new categories, products and also responsible for the revenue generation from them.
  • You will work very closely with the founders at Thrillophilia to identify and generate such avenues.

Responsibilities:

  • To understand companies processes and use this knowledge to identify potential strategies to build new categories and it's sustainable growth in the long term.
  • Designing and implementation of new strategies for marketing and business development.
  • Strategy, Innovation, Negotiation and Idea generation.
  • Oversee new and existing product line assortment and modular planning for the category.
  • To identify potential suppliers, negotiating with them, managing existing accounts, building relationships and enhancing loyalty for the organization.
  • To help the company in strategic planning to increase the overall profitability of the organization and also to capture a huge market share in the coming few years.
  • Lead a team and provide overall direction for category team
  • Oversees the management of strategic supplier relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum Prior experience of 3 years in business development or category sales management role.
  • Experience in category management, financial planning, replenishment management, retail operations management, or related field.
  • Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resource planning and presentation skills.
  • Should be able to lead a team of 45 people.
