Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Alliances & CSR Partnerships

- Design mutually beneficial programs with HR/L&D and CSR heads.

- Lead MoU negotiations for co-branded initiatives, scholarships, and upskilling projects.

2. University Collaborations

- Integrate Itvedant modules (credit/minor/FDPs) into UG/PG curriculums.

- Conduct faculty development programs to ensure successful delivery.

3. Government & Skill-Mission Engagements

- Secure empanelments with NSDC, State Skill Missions, and relevant central schemes.

- Draft, submit, and manage government grant proposals with full compliance.

4. Internship & Placement Pipeline Development

- Channel partner relationships into structured internships and hiring programs.

- Create and maintain a quarterly "Placement Calendar" co-endorsed by partners.

5. Brand Building & Thought Leadership

- Organize whitepapers, CXO roundtables, and student-facing events.

- Collaborate with Marketing to highlight success stories and gain earned media coverage.

6. Partner Account Management

- Ensure CRM upkeep, conduct quarterly business reviews, and renew MoUs.

- Identify upsell opportunities across geographies and program lines.
