The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hiring for sales roles across various levels and should be confident in building talent pipelines, managing client requirements, and delivering high-quality recruitment services.Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development positions. - Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Negotiate salaries and close offers within defined timelines. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Sales hiring. - Proven ability to work with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and sourcing techniques. - Proven ability to work with Prime Vendors - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Experience in stakeholder management and working with hiring managers.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. - Career growth and learning opportunities. - A collaborative and supportive work culture.
