Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

- Meet clients to present RPATech's solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.

- Prepare and deliver sales reports to the management team.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Stay updated on RPATech's product offerings and industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or automation sector.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Reporting Structure:

- Reports to the Senior Sales Manager.

- Works closely with the marketing team and senior sales executives.

Sales Targets and KPIs:

- Achieve annual sales target of - 2 Crores.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up on leads promptly.

- Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Tools and Technology:

- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
