1. Business Generation:
1.1 Responsible to achieve sales and order booking targets in the assigned region
1.2 Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually
1.3 Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update on quarterly basis
1.4 Develop new customers in the assigned region by using solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls
1.5 Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly / quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers
1.6 Increase in-house business shares in existing customers
1.7 Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers.
2. Partner management/ Stake holder management:
2.1 CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution partners)/ distributors management in consultation with Channel Management Department (CMD)
2.2 Direct customer/CP Credit term, Credit limit control for the region in consultation with the CMD
2.3 Develop & maintain good relationship with Customers and Channel Partners
3. Data Management and Analysis:
3.1 Maintain and analyze region and industry specific data as per business needs.
3.2 Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements.
3.3 e-CRM hygiene and logging data in to GSFA (SFDC) and regularly updating the same.

Job Requirement:
Educational Qualification:
Minimum qualification should be B.E/ B.Tech , MBA will be an addon advantage.
Work Experience:.
2 to 4 years of experience of industrial automation sales in End-user and OEM business, FMCG, Pharma, Logistics North region -Gurugram, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh etc.
Experience in Industrial Automation products like – PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Control components, panel components, SMPS, relays, Vision etc.
Functional competencies:
Knowledge of handling Robotics, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Vision, Sensing and control components
Competent to independently handle product demos and technical queries for customers.
Behavioural Competencies:
Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
Sense of Urgency, target oriented.
Travel:
To travel across within assigned region as per business needs.
