Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager (5+ years) with mandatory expertise in commercial vehicles (CV) and fleet underwriting across the entire wheel segment. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in developing and implementing risk-based strategies, conducting detailed financial analysis of large corporates (>200 Cr.), and preparing accurate Credit Notes for senior management. Key responsibilities include managing the entire underwriting process, executing on-site/off-site Personal Discussions (PD), and actively contributing to PDD (Post-Disbursement Documentation) management and Quick Mortality prevention through robust Early Warning System (EWS) strategies.Key Responsibilities and Underwriting Deliverables:Underwriting & Credit Analysis:- Leverage Minimum experience of 5 years in wheel segment underwriting, spanning TW, 3-Wheeler, 4-Wheeler, LCV, SCV, and M&HCV segments.- Possess deep experience in commercial vehicles and terminology is mandatory for accurate risk assessment.- Be Fluent in CAM (Credit Appraisal Memorandum) preparation and skilled in Bank statement plotting and analysis to assess borrower cash flows.- Be Well adapt with financial statement analysis of large corporates (>200 Cr.) for complex fleet financing proposals.Risk Management and Strategy:- Develop & implement risk-based strategy & their implementation to mitigate overall enterprise risk, focusing on the fleet portfolio.- Lead the development and execution of the EWS strategy (Early Warning System) to proactively identify potential defaults and mitigate risk.- Focus on minimizing Quick mortality and managing portfolio stability.- Contribute actively to Risk mitigation efforts through policy formulation and underwriting checks.Process and Stakeholder Management:- Possess mandatory Experience in customer Personal Discussion (PD)On-site & Off-siteto validate applicant credentials and operational stability.- Be Well versed with preparation and analysis of Credit Note to be presented to higher management, ensuring clear risk communication.- Oversee PDD management (Post-Disbursement Documentation) processes to ensure compliance and closure.- Demonstrate strong stake-holder management skills, collaborating with Sales, Collections, and senior leadership.Personal Attributes:- Be Eager to learn individually and self-motivated individually, thriving in a fast paced environment and changes.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum experience of 5 years in wheel segment (TW to M&HCV).- Domain: Mandatory Experience in commercial vehicles and terminology.- Underwriting: Expertise in Fleet underwriting, CAM preparation, and Bank statement plotting and analysis.- Risk Management: Proven ability to implement Risk strategy & management protocols, including EWS strategy.- Credit Analysis: Proficiency in financial statement analysis of large corporates (>200 Cr.).- Process: Experience in customer Personal Discussion (PD) and PDD management.Preferred Skills:- Exposure to Electric Vehicle (EV) financing and associated risk models.- Experience with specialized underwriting software or systems.- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements specific to CV financing.
