Key Responsibilities:- Lead origination and execution of debt. - Manage a team to:- Prepare transaction-related data and material e.g. Teasers, Information memorandums, CAMs etc. - Prepare monthly reports/ monitoring data packs and book debts to be shared with lenders for their monitoring exercise.- Monitor and report compliance of covenants on a quarterly basis or as laid out in loan agreement.Skills & Qualifications: - Prior experience of originating debt - Prior experience of leading a team to create data packs/CAMs/diligence notes for lenders.- CA/ MBA finance or similar field - Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a relevant field in Banking/NBFC/AIFs - Experience in Balance Sheet and P&L analysis- Good proficiency in written English, Excel, and Powerpoint- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams (Finance, Legal, Treasury).- Freshers with a strong conceptual understanding of the responsibilities listed above are also encouraged to apply.
