Key Responsibilities:


  • MIS Management:

  • Data Validation:
  • Verify and validate financial data from multiple sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Proactively address and resolve discrepancies through in-depth analysis.
  • Reconciliation:
  • Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank statements, ledgers, and inter-company transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the maintenance of accurate financial records.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed MIS reports that present key financial metrics and insights for management review.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing data management and financial reporting processes.
  • Implement best practices for MIS management and reconciliation activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and provide analytical support for financial reporting.
  • Support the Finance Manager and team by offering data-driven insights and recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Education: CA Inter qualification required.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on MIS, data validation, and financial reconciliation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and manage complex financial data.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing financial information.
  • Problem Solving: Effective in resolving data discrepancies.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
