Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with customer quality teams to ensure quality assurance and quality control rules and procedures are in place.
  • Guarantee that quality assurance and quality control rules and procedures are in place in-house and at suppliers' facilities.
  • Prevent occurrence of potential defects through problem-solving approaches.
  • Prevent occurrence of Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ).
  • Support suppliers in obtaining quality plans and procedures complying with organization requirements.
  • Prepare product quality control plans with all tests, inspections, and evidence required.
  • Closely follow up with clients on quality issues.
  • Conduct on-site quality issue investigations and analysis.
  • Perform regular audits and follow up on resolution of actions on the manufacturing line.
  • Manage all interfaces with clients for all quality issues and conduct visits as needed.
  • Define and deploy quality management systems.
  • Prepare and maintain certification of ISO 9001, IRIS, and IAFT.
  • Perform incoming inspections confirming identification and traceability of parts.
  • Manage NCRs.
  • Resolve quality issues through problem-solving tools (QRQC, 8D, A3, 5WHY, etc.).
  • Responsible for shop quality improvements.
  • Perform in-house testing for various products and calibration.
  • Experience in third-party inspection agencies like RDSO, RITES, etc.

Academic Education and Profile Requested:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
