Summary : A Azuga is seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to lead the delivery of core platform features that power safe, efficient, and scalable fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering solutions that enhance the administrative experience for fleet managers. Youll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of our users and supports Azugas mission to make fleets safer, smarter, and more productive. We are looking for a proactive leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for building great software as part of a great team. Key Responsibilities : - Own and drive the product roadmap for core platform features that support safe, efficient fleet operations and streamlined administration. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and other teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful product enhancements. - Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and business requirements to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with company goals. - Define clear product requirements and user stories, and work closely with UX and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.- Monitor product performance and user engagement, leveraging data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. - Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the platform remains differentiated and valuable to customers. - Champion the voice of the customer internally, advocating for intuitive, scalable, and secure solutions that enhance the overall platform experience. - Partner with internal stakeholders to support go-to-market execution, training, and enablement for new product releases. Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - Proven experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS environments focused on platform development, operations, or enterprise tools. - Familiarity with fleet management, telematics, mobility, transportation, or logistics is beneficial but not required. - Strong understanding of product development processes, including defining requirements, data analysis, and collaborating with UX and engineering teams. - Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to drive product decisions and prioritize features that deliver measurable value. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration. - Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and release cycles. - Passion for building intuitive, scalable, and secure platform features that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
