Product Manager

Responsibilities :- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise or platform-based SaaS products.- Align product direction with overall business objectives and customer needs.- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and technology assessments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within scope.- Prioritize product backlogs effectively, balancing technical debt, feature development, and long-term scalability.- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.- Partner closely with engineering teams to design scalable and secure product architectures.- Leverage knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to make informed technical decisions.- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks that can enhance product performance, reliability, or cost efficiency.- Ensure that products meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, and performance standards.- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure product alignment and adoption.- Define and monitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, adoption, and retention.- Utilize product analytics and feedback loops to measure success, identify areas of improvement, and guide decision-making.- Drive A/B testing, usage analysis, and cohort studies to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop effective go-to-market strategies.Requirements :- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a technical or platform-focused product role.- Proven track record of defining and launching successful B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.- Strong technical background, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.- Deep familiarity with modern technology stacks and concepts, such as Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and data pipelines.- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and using tools like Jira and Confluence.- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong emphasis on data.- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, Adoption, Retention) and product analytics tools.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in a product role focused on APIs, developer platforms, or data products.- Working knowledge of a programming language (e. g., C or Python, Java) or scripting.Good to have :- Experience with machine learning, AI, or data science workflows.- Experience in Domains like Banking, retail, and healthcare, specifically related to Compliance.
