Job Description: Edit and produce high-quality videos for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal learning modules. Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and designers to translate ideas and scripts into compelling visual narratives. Perform color correction, sound design, and motion graphics integration to maintain a professional and consistent output. Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, interviews, course lectures) into engaging short-form videos. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency. Stay updated on current video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and engaging. Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and file management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Video Editor in a professional environment. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro. Strong understanding of post-production processes, including sound editing, transitions, and visual effects. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
