As a key contributor to our product development efforts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities :Product Strategy and Roadmap :- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.- Define and prioritize feature sets, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Cross-functional Collaboration :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product development and launches.- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages input from various stakeholders and ensures a holistic approach to product development.Market Analysis :- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements to inform product development decisions.Product Lifecycle Management :- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing support.- Define and measure key product metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements as needed.Customer Focus :- Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.- Proven experience (2-3 years) in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Deep understanding of data management, verification, or related industries is highly desirable.- Experience with agile development methodologies.
