Description :Position : Product ManagerExperience : 3 to 7 YearsLocation : BangaloreJob Type : Full-timeJob Summary :We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 37 years of experience to be based in Bangalore. This role is central to driving our product's success, requiring the ability to blend strategic vision with tactical execution. The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle, from defining the vision and developing the roadmap to orchestrating cross-functional teams for successful delivery and market launch, and will be accountable for achieving key strategic, financial, and technical goals.Key Responsibilities :Product Strategy and Roadmap Development :- Define and articulate the clear product vision, strategy, and comprehensive go-to-market plans.- Develop and maintain the technical product roadmap, ensuring it is meticulously aligned with overarching business objectives, customer needs, and architectural viability.- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to inform critical product decisions, identify new opportunities, and maintain market advantage.Requirements Management and Execution :- Gather, prioritize, and technically specify product requirements from a diverse set of sources, including internal stakeholders, customers, and market intelligence.- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to efficiently deliver products that meet defined market demands and quality standards.- Drive all aspects of product launches, coordinating seamlessly with marketing, executives, and other product management team members to ensure market readiness.Performance Analysis and Technical Leadership :- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (KPIs, usage patterns, revenue generation), using quantitative data to make informed, data-driven decisions on feature iteration and strategy.- Proactively identify and resolve technical and process issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.- Act as the enthusiastic product evangelist to build broad awareness and deep technical and functional understanding of the product both internally and externally.Preferred Skills :- Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing).- Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban) and defining technical user stories.- Proficiency with technical product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard) for backlog management and documentation.- Technical background or strong functional familiarity with software development processes, API design, and cloud technologies.
