Job Summary :We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our products. The role involves defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, data-driven, and capable of driving product success from ideation to launch and beyond.Key Responsibilities :- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and detailed specifications.- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success.- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively.- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to drive improvements.- Lead product launches, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch evaluation.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager.- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (concept to launch).- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :- Experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).- Exposure to UX/UI design principles.- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Trello.- Domain expertise in [insert domain: SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, etc.].Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Health and wellness benefits.- Opportunity to shape and scale innovative products.- Collaborative and growth-focused work culture.
