Job Title : Infrastructure Support Engineer (End-User : Mumbai, IndiaPosition Type : Full-Time | On-Site (5 Days a :We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide in-person end-user support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role is fully on-site and demands strong technical proficiency coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a professional, high-quality support Responsibilities :- Serve as the first point of contact for all on-site IT support needs, ensuring timely and courteous issue resolution- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network, and conferencing equipment- Support Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and related tools- Maintain endpoint compliance and coordinate with central infrastructure teams for patching and updates- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including system setup, device provisioning, and access configuration- Log, track, and close tickets in the ITSM system, maintaining detailed and accurate documentation- Ensure all IT assets are inventoried, labeled, and maintained in working condition.- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve user satisfaction and service Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)- 5+ years of experience providing on-site end-user and desktop support in a corporate in :- Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting- Office 365 Administration and productivity applications- Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)- Strong understanding of IT security best practices for endpoints- Excellent communication, executive-level user engagement, and customer service orientation- Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively- Team player with a positive, service-minded attitude and a sense of Qualifications :- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation- Experience supporting conference rooms, AV systems, and executive-level users- Exposure to ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira (ref:hirist.tech)
