  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate arrangements for extended stays of guests/clients.


  1. Travel Arrangements:
  • Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Handle any changes or issues that arise with travel plans.


  1. Personal Payment and Financial Activities:
  • Assist with processing and managing personal payments and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure timely processing
