Position Overview

We are a seed-funded startup focused on using state-of-the-art AI technologies to revolutionize the credit industry. Our team consists of experts in machine learning and software engineers who have worked at top-tier US tech companies like Apple, Amazon, etc , and we are passionate about using AI to improve access to credit information for businesses. We have the MVP, the first design partners, and sufficient runway. We are seeking a visionary founding Product Manager with deep experience in financial services and artificial intelligence, particularly in areas such as supply chain intelligence as well as risk management. This role is for a strategic thinker who will lead the development and launch of innovative products that leverage AI to transform credit risk analysis and management for businesses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for our AI-driven supply chain and credit risk management products, aligning with the company’s mission and market needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities in the financial services sector.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet user needs and business goals.
  • AI Integration: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI and machine learning models into products, enhancing their capabilities in credit risk assessment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback, refine product features, and advocate for the product vision.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform future product iterations and improvements.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a strong emphasis on products related to supply chain financing, credit risk management or AI.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-powered products.
  • Deep understanding of the credit information sector, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with executives, engineers, and customers alike.
