This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a solid understanding of regulatory and tax-reporting requirements in the U.S.    What You’ll Do: Product Roadmap OwnershipLead the definition, execution, and iteration of the Tax1099 product roadmap.Align product goals with business objectives and user needs, balancing compliance and usability.Compliance & Regulatory UnderstandingStay current with IRS and state requirements (e.g., 1099-NEC, 1099-K, FIRE System changes).Ensure product compliance with ever-changing tax regulations and filing standards.Feature Development & AutomationDrive the creation of new features to enhance filing accuracy, form validation, payer/payee workflows, and bulk e-filing capabilities.Develop automation tools to reduce manual intervention in tax filings, TIN Matching, B-Notices, and corrections.Customer-Centered CollaborationPartner with engineering, UX, sales, and support teams to deliver seamless and intuitive filing experiences.Gather feedback from end users, customer success, and support teams to define pain points and improvement opportunities.Partner & API IntegrationsBuild and enhance integrations with accounting/payroll software and enterprise APIs to facilitate large-scale tax reporting operations.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationTrack product metrics such as error rates, filing volume trends, and customer satisfaction.Use insights to optimize feature performance and ensure scalability during peak tax seasons.Go-to-Market & DocumentationWork with marketing and documentation teams to communicate new features, regulatory updates, and filing season enhancements to customers.What We’re Looking For:       Experience: 2+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or regulatory compliance domains.
