Head Butcher PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Butcher to join our culinary team.As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the butcher shop, controlling production daily according to company policies.You will direct and supervise staff, evaluating performance with the Sous Chef, while maintaining complete knowledge of United States Public Health Rules and Regulations to ensure daily compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and train staff to strengthen current performance and preparation for future advancement.The successful candidate will monitor and manage workstation functions, assigning duties and responsibilities to staff.They will observe and evaluate staff performance to ensure quality standards and service are met.Qualifications and RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum of two years' experience as a Head Butcher in an upscale hotel or resort setting, along with a Culinary school degree.A strong management background in a multicultural environment is essential.Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
