Job Title - Area Sales Manager

Department - Sales

Job location - Lucknow

Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Planning the business in the given geography.
  • Driving secondary and primary plans of the month and year.
  • Effectively utilizing and tracking the customer building activities.
  • Sales plan communication to the team through planned meeting.
  • Tracking of the performance of the team and geo regularly.
  • Ensuring the POSM utilization in the trade in the way planned.
  • Competition tracking.
  • Training and coaching the teams.
  • Distributor handling.
  • Overall distribution management.
  • Effective scheme utilization with the trade.
  • Devising and following various trackers.
  • Daily and need based market working.
  • Building relationships with trade.
  • Team development.

Job Requirements:-

  • Minimum Education: MBA in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum Work Experience: 8-10 years of handling the team and working as Frontline Manager.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Industry - Pet Food.
