Description:Who We Are:Home Bazaar Services Pvt Ltd stands as India's premier Property Advisor, with a distinguished legacy of client satisfaction.With over 11 years of industry expertise, we specialize in understanding and fulfilling client requirements, guiding them seamlessly through their property buying journey.Backed by a team of 350+ seasoned property experts, we were honored as Mumbais Best Property Service Company for the Quarter 202223.Building on this success, we have expanded our footprint and are now operational in more than 9 metro cities across India.Position Overview:Role: Regional Manager - SOBO.Location: Lower Parel and Vashi.Experience Required: 7 to 12 years.Key Oversee all sales operations, ensuring end-to-end management of the vertical.- Manage profit and loss statements, driving consistent growth in business value and volume.- Lead, train, and inspire team members, aligning them with the companys vision and values.- Negotiate with builders, developers, and clients to secure favorable outcomes and foster long-term relationships.- Drive expansion and performance in sales, distribution, and operational efficiency.- Monitor market trends and intelligence, integrating insights into strategic planning.- Collaborate with senior leadership for planning, forecasting, and achieving financial goals.- Set and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Deliver accurate weekly MIS reports with actionable insights to improve sales strategies.- Design and implement training programs in coordination with training associates.- Organize recognition and reward initiatives to maintain high team morale and performance.Desired Candidate Profile:- Proven leadership, training, negotiation, and communication skills.- Strong sales closing techniques and individual accountability.- Demonstrated ability to manage teams across multiple regions under tight timelines.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal interactions.- Experience in stakeholder and supplier management.- Skilled in handling sensitive client matters, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-ups.
