Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Performance Marketer to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key player in driving our clients' success through expert management of paid advertising campaigns. You should possess a strong foundation in paid advertising, a knack for innovative ideation, and exceptional client handling skills. A research-driven mindset is crucial, as you'll be expected to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously boost campaign performance through cutting-edge strategies using platforms like Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and advanced techniques such as SKAG (Single Keyword Ad Groups).

Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketer, you will:

- Lead and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, including Google AdWords and Meta Ads.

- Develop creative and effective ad strategies utilizing advanced techniques like SKAG and sophisticated audience targeting.

- Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable, high-performing ad campaigns.

- Continuously research and ideate novel approaches and strategies to significantly enhance campaign performance and maximize ROI.

- Proactively monitor campaign metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to achieve maximum effectiveness.

- Conduct rigorous A/B testing for ads and landing pages, ensuring all creative solutions are supported by data.

- Stay comprehensively updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and innovations in digital marketing to apply cutting-edge techniques.

- Present clear and concise campaign performance reports to clients, offering strategic recommendations for future improvements.

- Oversee critical aspects of campaign setup, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.

- Mentor junior team members, providing valuable guidance on campaign management best practices and industry insights.

Key Skills

- To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Proven expertise in Google AdWords.

- Strong comprehension skills for understanding client needs and complex data.

- Proficiency in Meta Ads.

- Ability to derive actionable, data-driven insights from campaign performance.

- A proactive approach to industry trend tracking.

- Expertise in campaign monitoring and optimization.

- Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Proficiency in campaign setup and execution.

- Strong capabilities in ideation & creative collaboration.

- Adeptness at performance reporting and analysis.

- Confident presentation skills for client meetings.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a plus.

- Google AdWords Certification (preferred).

- Relevant courses or certifications in digital marketing (optional).
