Job Title: Marketing Lead for B2B IT Services

About the Role:

Rudra Innovative Software is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and visionary marketing professional to drive growth in our B2B IT services vertical. This senior-level position involves developing and executing impactful marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for B2B IT services.
  • Align marketing objectives with company-wide business goals to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across campaigns and continuously optimize for performance and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Analyze customer personas, decision-making journeys, and buying behavior in the IT services sector.
  • Strengthen Rudra's brand identity and positioning in the global B2B IT services landscape.
  • Craft clear value propositions and messaging frameworks for different service lines and target industries.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (ABM, digital, email, webinars, content) to drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with pipeline and conversion goals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content including white papers, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in B2B marketing within an IT services/software development environment.
  • Strong foundation in strategic marketing, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for tech services and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to develop compelling messaging frameworks and content for a technical and business audience.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
