Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and visionary marketing professional to drive growth in our B2B IT services vertical.

This is a senior-level position focused on developing and executing impactful marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for B2B IT services, aligning marketing objectives with company-wide business goals to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
    • Define and monitor KPIs across campaigns and continuously optimize for performance and ROI.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the global IT services sector.
    • Analyze customer personas, decision-making journeys, and buying behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand and Positioning:
    • Strengthen our brand identity and positioning in the global B2B IT services landscape, crafting clear value propositions and messaging frameworks for different service lines and target industries.
  • Campaign Management & Demand Generation:
    • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (ABM, digital, email, webinars, content) to drive qualified leads and support sales teams in achieving pipeline and conversion goals.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and sales collateral, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure unified customer experience and alignment of marketing efforts.

A proven track record (6+ years) in B2B marketing within an IT services/software development environment is required. A strong foundation in strategic marketing, market research, and competitive analysis is essential.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
