Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Business Development:Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive account expansion. Collaborate with internal teamsto develop proposals and solutions aligned with client needs. Revenue Growth:Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively . Delivery Oversight:Ensure successful delivery of projects and services. Act as an escalation point for client issues and work with delivery teams to resolve them. Strategic Planning:Develop account plans and strategies to achieve growth objectives. Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for solution development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred). Should have Capital market / Investment banking Domain Experience. 13+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, with at least 5 years in client-facing roles. Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets. Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies (AI, Cloud, Data, etc. ).
