Summary:The Client Principal Partner acts as a strategic liaison between Summit and its clients to drive business growth, ensure successful delivery of services, and foster long-term partnerships. This role requires deep understanding of client business needs and the ability to translate them into actionable solutions through Summit’s offerings.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic business discussions. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop customized programs and solutions aligned with client goals. - Manage end-to-end client lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. - Identify business opportunities and risks within client accounts, drive contract negotiations, and secure renewals and expansions. - Lead strategic account planning, revenue forecasting, and reporting. - Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on industry best practices, digital transformation, and global capability center (GCC) evolution. - Coordinate with sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.Qualifications:- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution. - 10+ years of experience in client management, consulting, or related roles, preferably in GCC setup or business consulting. - Strong business acumen with proven track record in client relationship management and revenue growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex engagements. - Experience with performance evaluation, data analysis, and budgeting is a plus. - Knowledge of the IT services and consulting industry, GCC operations, and digital transformation trends.Why Join Us:- Be part of a fast-growing consulting firm driving GCC innovation and excellence. - Work with a collaborative and diverse team committed to client success. - Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
