Description:About the Role:We are seeking an analytical, data-driven, and creative Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and ROI optimization while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams such as content, design, and product marketing to achieve measurable business outcomes.Key Campaign Management:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.- Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies to meet performance KPIs (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate).- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to maximize ROI.- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure cost-effective performance.- Leverage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.Analytics & Reporting:- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics using Google Analytics, GA4, and ad platform dashboards.- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights for optimization.- Create and present performance reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.- Track and attribute conversions accurately through UTM parameters, pixels, and marketing automation systems.- Identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities through data analysis.SEO & Organic Synergy:- Collaborate with SEO and content marketing teams to align paid and organic strategies.- Optimize landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and better quality scores.- Use keyword insights from PPC campaigns to refine content and SEO strategies.Marketing Automation & Tools:- Integrate campaigns with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo).- Set up and maintain tracking pixels, conversion goals, and event tracking across web and app properties.- Work with developers to troubleshoot tracking, analytics, and campaign setup issues.Strategic Growth & Innovation:- Identify new channels, platforms, and technologies to expand reach and engagement.- Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft high-converting ad copy and visuals.- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.- Evaluate and onboard new marketing tools or vendors to enhance campaign performance.Required Skills & Expertise:- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.- Proven track record in managing large-scale paid campaigns with measurable ROI.- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube advertising.- Proficiency with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Data Studio, and campaign tracking tools.- Strong understanding of funnel management, attribution models, and conversion tracking.- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and data analysis.- Knowledge of A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and CRO techniques.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
