Role Overview:

We're looking for a strategic and creatively driven Manager Brand & Content Marketing to lead Fitkin's brand identity and customer communications across all channels. You will own our brand narrative and oversee omnichannel marketing—from social media and email to CRM, website storytelling, influencer/UGC strategy, and offline campaigns. The ideal candidate is both a creative storyteller and a data-savvy marketer who understands what drives emotional connection, engagement, and loyalty in a high-growth consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Refine and evolve Fitkin's brand voice, visual identity, and core messaging.

- Lead the development of brand campaigns, drops, and seasonal narratives.

- Ensure a cohesive brand experience across packaging, site, retail, and post-purchase touchpoints.

2. Omnichannel Marketing Execution

- Lead content planning and execution across Instagram, , YouTube Shorts, newsletters, and CRM flows.

- Drive storytelling across the website, product pages, in-store displays, and offline events.

- Ensure consistency across paid (performance ads), owned (organic), and earned (PR, influencer) media.

3. Email Marketing & CRM

- Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns—welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, retention.

- Leverage WhatsApp and Klaviyo for behavior-based targeting and segmentation.

- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize based on insights.

4. Social Media & Community Building

- Develop and lead our social media strategy with a focus on video-first content (Reels, Shorts).

- Amplify UGC and creator-led storytelling to deepen engagement and trust.

- Manage community conversations and build emotional brand affinity.

5. Creative Direction & Content Production

- Ideate and review brand campaigns, reels, emailers, and landing pages.

- Collaborate with our in-house team (design, video, photography) and freelancers.

- Uphold Fitkin's high visual standards and strong aesthetic identity.

6. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the founder, product, and growth teams to align communication goals.

- Manage and mentor a lean content/design team and agency partners.

- Own campaign planning and creative execution from idea to launch.

What we need:

- 5-7 years in brand or content marketing roles (preferably in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle sectors).

- Demonstrated success in building brand stories and communities across platforms.

- Hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).

- Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and content sensibility.

- Bias for action and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setup.

Preferred Creative Expertise:

- A sharp eye for visual branding and campaign aesthetics.

- Strong understanding of storytelling through video (Reels/Shorts).

- Ability to guide designers, stylists, and videographers for seamless execution.
