Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

We are especially looking for candidates located in or near Visakhapatnam and willing to relocate to neighbouring states.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, with a primary focus on payroll preparationand administration. A solid understanding of PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) portal operations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle data entry and maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and salary
  • Operate and manage activities related to PF and ESI compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Support the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in payroll and statutory compliance
  • Working knowledge of PF, ESI portals and MS Excel is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR software tools is an added advantage

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution
