Description : We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on ITOM Service Mapping to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity based in India, ideal for professionals with deep expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, and Service Mapping implementation.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Service Mapping solutions within the ServiceNow platform.- Perform end-to-end Service Mapping implementation, including configuration of patterns, discovery, and troubleshooting.- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions.- Develop and maintain custom scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.) to enhance platform capabilities.- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and other standard integration mechanisms.- Work closely with other ServiceNow modules like Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management to support ITOM processes.- Provide technical leadership and support during project execution and post-deployment.- Ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards, best practices, and industry guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.- Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly Service Mapping must have implemented in a real-time project.- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows, and IntegrationHub.- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and data normalization processes.- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
