Job Description Job Title : ServiceNow Developer - ITOM (Event Management) Experience : 5+ Years Job Location : Remote (India) Job Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ITOM - Event Management. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience in Event Management, in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, and expertise in integrations. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located in India. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions. - Lead and execute end-to-end Event Management implementations, including connector configuration, alert management, and event rules. - Develop and customize ServiceNow components using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. - Integrate ServiceNow with external monitoring and ITOM tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs. - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and business requirements. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CMDB and Event Management processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Event Management and integrations. - Adhere to coding, documentation, and development standards and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. - Proven end-to-end implementation experience in ServiceNow ITOM - Event Management. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Solid experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party monitoring and infrastructure tools via REST, SOAP, and other standard protocols. - Familiarity with related ITOM modules like Discovery, CMDB, and Orchestration is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
