Purpose:

To drive new business growth for BBL*KEB drives & Automation products, solutions across India. Individual will be responsible for developing and managing a network of partners to expand the market reach and achieve sales target. This role requires a deep understanding of drives & automation technologies , solutions , market knowledge and the ability to build and nurture strategic relationships across a diverse geographical landscape.


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in channel sales management, ideally within the industrial automation industry with a focus on the Indian market.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful channel partner relationships across diverse regions.
  • In-depth understanding of industrial automation products, including VFDs, Servo Drives, Servo Motors, PLCs, HMIs, and IIoT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of partners across India.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and travel extensively throughout India.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PAN-India channel partner strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market reach for VFDs, Servo Drives, Servo Motors, Motion Controller, HMI, and IIoT solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit new channel partners in while spaces with a strong presence, proven track record & zeal to grow in the industrial automation market.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners across all regions of India, ensuring they possess the knowledge, competency and resources to effectively sell BBL*KEB products & Solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs for partners on our automation products, technical specifications, and sales strategies, catering to diverse regional needs.
  • Help Channel partners in creating more qualified leads by way of focused & segment specific customers seminars
  • Provide continuous support to existing partners across India, including technical assistance, marketing materials, and lead generation opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance across regions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize national sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct periodic review on Partner Business plan along with the Field sales team for growth of business and New customer acquisition.
  • Planning & executing of yearly partner meet to engage & motivate existing & new partners.
  • Develop and maintain PAN-India channel partner programs, including incentives, rebates, and marketing co-op initiatives tailored for region and vertical.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new automation technologies relevant to the Indian market.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on channel partner performance and market trends across India.
  • Analyze partner performance for yearly achievements for partner reward program. Review and revise channel partner policy based on partner survey, market demand.
