Key Responsibilities:
The role directly reports into the CHRO :

Partner with senior leadership and store managers to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
Assist with the recruitment and selection process for frontline store positions, ensuring alignment with company values and diversity objectives.
Act as a liaison between frontend store locations and the corporate HR team, ensuring effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives and issues.
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting , retention, benefits.
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects that support business objectives.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports for frontend store locations, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Job Requirements:

Overall Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources
Educational Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation

Technical Skills Required: Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability, Advanced level MS Excel, PPT.
