As an Art Director, you’ll lead a team of talented designers to create engaging brand experiences. From concept development to final execution, your role will be at the heart of every creative project. What you'll do :

Inspire & Lead:

  • Guide a team of designers to create fresh, innovative concepts and campaigns.
  • Act as a creative visionary, ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.

Drive Projects:

  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure timely, high-impact project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure creative excellence is never compromised.

Shape Visuals:

  • Review, refine, and approve creative designs, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Oversee every visual element of campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, clear, and impactful.

Strategize Smartly:

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop creative strategies that support business goals.
  • Turn client briefs into compelling visual stories that exceed expectations.

Coach & Grow Talent:

  • Mentor and guide designers, encouraging creativity, growth, and excellence.
  • Create a collaborative, open environment where ideas can flourish.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and innovations.
  • Introduce fresh ideas and best practices to keep creative work at the cutting edge.


What you'll bring :

Experience & Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in creative roles, including team leadership or senior design positions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital campaign projects.

Design Mastery:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity.

Creative Mindset:

  • Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Multitasking Pro:

  • Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality work.


Bonus Points if you have any :

  • Experience working with consumer-focused brands on creative projects.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools.
  • Experience leading digital and social media campaigns.
