The role focuses on acquiring and converting commercial space projects through a strong broker network, direct client engagement, and high-value deal Network Development:- Leverage an active broker network in Mumbai and Pune to source high-potential commercial space project opportunities.Client & Partner Engagement:- Build and maintain relationships with commercial interior designers, developers, landlords, and key decision-makers.On-field Sales & Negotiations:- Conduct regular on-site meetings, pitch tailored design solutions, and lead negotiations from inquiry to contract closure.End-to-End Sales Ownership:- Manage the complete sales cycle independently-prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.Market Intelligence:- Track commercial real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Revenue Delivery:- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with full accountability.Skills Required:- Established and active broker network in Mumbai and Pune for commercial projects- Proven track record in commercial space sales or interior design project acquisition- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills- Strong communication and presentation abilities- Self-driven with high ownership and ability to work without constant supervisionDesirable Skills:- Experience in commercial real estate or B2B interior design sales- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to close large-scale, high-value deals- Market research and trend analysis capabilities (ref:iimjobs.com)
