About the Role

  • Candidate must have technical production support experience.
  • Candidate should ensure 99.99% uptime of system.
  • Candidate must know ITIL process of change/release management.
  • Candidate must have hands-on experience on issue analysis and bug fixing
  • Candidate must have knowledge of SIT and UAT testing

  • The desired candidate should have quality communication and technical Knowledge such as .NET, SQL Server, IIS, API, Java.
  • The candidate must also possess experience in software development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Strong skills in applications production support mainly within Windows Server, MS-SQL, IIS, and technology.
  • Candidate having CRM Next knowledge will be preferable.

Application support: Provide Technical. Support for CRM Next Suite of applications, ensuring high availability and performance

Should have experience in supporting and managing complex integrations with banking systems.

Should have experience in stakeholder management.

Should have working experience in process improvement.
