- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth, understand market trends, and stay ahead of competitors. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Develop and execute plans to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience : 5 - 12 years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record in the EV (2W), Tyre, or Battery industry.
Skills :
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Location: Willingness to travel within the region and work from both Pune and Bengaluru as required.
