OverviewFinXpert (finxpert.org) is a fast-growing financial services platform redefining how individuals and businesses access financial expertise across investment, insurance, and advisory solutions.Were building a next-generation ecosystem that connects financial professionals with customers using technology, insights, and a people-first approach.If youre passionate about scaling teams, driving end-to-end hiring strategy, and building high-performance organizations we want you on board.Role: Manager Talent AcquisitionLocation: Sion, Mumbai (On-site) - 6 days working with alternate saturday OFFExperience: 2 to 5 yearsKey Responsibilities- Act as an individual contributor in TA and eventually scale TA team- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple business verticals (sales, marketing, and operations).- Drive bulk hiring initiatives for sales and field roles across regions.- Plan and execute campus hiring programs across tier-1 and tier-2 colleges.- Partner with business heads to forecast manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.- Manage external vendor relationships and drive hiring SLAs.- Build strong sourcing pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social recruiting.- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics - from sourcing to onboarding - ensuring quality and speed.- Mentor and lead a small team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.- Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.Desired Candidate Profile- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Financial Services, BFSI, or EdTech/FinTech sectors.- Proven track record in bulk hiring for sales roles and campus program execution.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Hands on with Excel tracking, and portal sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.What We Offer- Opportunity to scale one of Indias emerging financial advisory platforms.- Flat hierarchy and direct exposure to leadership.- Fast-paced, growth-oriented work culture.- Attractive compensation + performance-based incentives.
