We're looking for a Digital Marketing professional who can drive performance, visibility, and growth through smart campaigns and sharp execution. - Position: Digital Marketing Executive / Manager - Location: Mumbai (Sion) - Experience: 4 - 8 years - Employment Type: Full-time | On-site - Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Drive lead generation and conversion campaigns for various business verticals (financial advisory, corporate training, and learning). - Manage social media marketing - content calendar, posts, and engagement on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Track, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns - using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). - Coordinate with the design team to create ad creatives, landing pages, and digital assets. - Handle email marketing, WhatsApp automation, and CRM-based campaigns. - Research market trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals. Desired Candidate Profile: - 4 - 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing. - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and analytics tools. - Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and cost-per-lead optimization. - Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media content strategy. - Creative mindset with strong analytical and execution skills. - Prior experience in EdTech / Financial Services / B2C Startups is an added advantage. - Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates will be preferred.
