We don’t just build office spaces, we build the backdrop for your next big chapter.We’re looking for a Senior Legal Manager to lead and manage all legal and compliance matters at Urban Vault. This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with the leadership team to safeguard our interests across real estate transactions, office space leasing, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and other commercial documents.
  • Manage real estate due diligence – title verification, property documentation, and risk assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and liaison with external counsel as needed.
  • Advise leadership on legal risks, compliance frameworks, and best practices to support business decisions.
  • Build internal processes and templates to streamline legal workflows.


Key Requirements

  • LLB/LLM from a reputed institute.
  • 5–8 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate, co-working, or commercial leasing.
  • Strong grasp of property law, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, BD).
  • Ability to balance risk with business priorities and give practical, actionable advice.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
