We're Hiring: Senior Associate Lawyers (3–5 Years PQE)

We're looking for lawyers who have:

  • Hands-on experience with
    fund raises, M&A and other corporate transactions
  • A strong working knowledge of the
    Companies Act
  • Excellent
    drafting and negotiation
    skills
  • 3 to 5 years
    of post-qualification experience

About the Role:

We are expanding our team and are looking for
Senior Associates
with experience in handling high-stakes corporate legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Transactions
    : Advise on and lead legal aspects of
    fund raising, M&A, joint ventures
    , and other strategic corporate deals
  • Companies Act Compliance
    : Provide guidance on corporate governance and statutory compliance under the Companies Act
  • Contract Drafting & Negotiation
    : Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, investment documents, commercial contracts, etc.
  • Client Advisory
    : Work directly with clients to provide actionable legal advice during transactions
  • Independent Caseload Management
    : Handle transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Collaboration & Strategy
    : Work closely with partners and team members on structuring deals and mitigating legal risk

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years PQE in a law firm or corporate legal team, with direct experience in transactions
  • LLB (3-year or 5-year)
  • Strong understanding of the
    Companies Act, 2013
    , SEBI regulations and related laws
  • Demonstrated ability in drafting, negotiating and reviewing complex legal documents
  • Enrolled with any State Bar Council
