Role Details:

  • Position: Senior Legal Professional
  • Location: Bangalore (Basavanagudi)
  • Employment Type: Full-time Consultant

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor/Master of Law (LLB/LLM)
  • LLM from a reputed public university is an added advantage

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Real Estate/Property Law
  • Proven track record of managing land and real estate property portfolios
  • Exposure to Banking/NBFCs, Developer firms, Law Firms, or Real Estate sectors preferred
  • Experience in managing a legal team of 12+ members
  • Strong client interaction and relationship management skills
  • Deep understanding of client credit policies and expectations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review Title Opinions using Maatrums proprietary platform
  • Lead and mentor a legal team of 15+ members, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage communication effectively
  • Collaborate with internal Operations and Technology teams to optimize workflows and improve TAT
  • Maintain high-quality standards for legal reports, aligned with client and internal polici
  • Provide legal guidance for smooth, end-to-end report processing
  • Drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the legal function
